The opportunity:

A Graduate is required to train in the Design Integrity Function. Design Integrity is an Engineering Governance function that provides Governance and Specialist Systems knowledge into Engineering Projects in the areas of Product Compliance Safety, Security and Configuration Management. Once trained the successful candidate will have a good understanding of Product Legislation & Certification, Product Safety, Product INFOSEC compliance and overall system configuration management.

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Provision of technical support to product and other legislative compliance issues..
  • Support the Design Integrity function design reviews and phase reviews to provide specialist input.
  • Generation of Product dependability cases

 

 

Skills, Qualifications & Knowledge Required

All our roles require/predicted a minimum of an upper second class honours degree in a relevant discipline. Systems Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Communications Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or Computer Science or a higher degree such as a MEng, MSc. or PhD.


You must be able to satisfy the necessary security clearance for the role applied for and meet a minimum of 5 years permanent residency in the UK.


Has a good understanding of Systems engineering Processes and Lifecycle management and an interest in Product compliance and product legislation and how it is applied to product design
